1. HOW DO I PLACE/CANCEL AN ORDER?

Placing an order
We made it incredibly easy yet quite safe and secure to place an order. SVØRN store uses an easy, two-step checkout process that is also secure, Level 1 PCI compliant that uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep your order details secure.
Canceling an order
We generally process orders the next working day. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact immediately the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org including in the message the order number you received when you placed the order, to enquire about the status of your order. If the order has been processed and shipped then SVØRN will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned in the original packaging.
Please, keep in mind that when you place an order with SVØRN, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent from our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money, however, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
2. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
During the checkout process, we ask you to provide your mobile phone number so that we can inform you on your order’s status with emails and/or SMS notifications.
3. IS SALES TAX APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Orders from outside the European Union: If the final delivery address is outside of the European Union, sales tax will not be added, but you may have to pay import fees and tax on arrival. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.
Orders from the European Union: If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, Swedish sales tax (called VAT) of 25% is included in your order. The total value of the order you see during checkout will not increase and it will remain the same.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
Credit Card or Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

PayPal: You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Cart contents.

7. CUSTOMS CHARGES
All orders shipped outside of the European Union may be liable for customs charges, but we are unable to say what these might be as they vary a lot between different countries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We will do our best to ensure that your order is processed smoothly, and take all measures to limit any of these charges with clear labeling. However, we take no responsibility for these costs, and cannot amend custom declaration values.
No customs charges apply to orders shipped to countries of the European Union.
8. ORDER NOT DELIVERED YET
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you further.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below and make sure to contact us at email@example.com with the issue prior to returning your merchandise to ensure that your purchase is eligible for a return/refund.
Once we've received your return back in our warehouse and it has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming that a refund of your purchase has been initiated and its on its way to your PayPal or bank account.
10. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unintended manufacturing defects would show within 6 months so in the unlikely event that something breaks within this period please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can determine what has happened and find a solution.
