    Placing an order

    We made it incredibly easy yet quite safe and secure to place an order. SVØRN store uses an easy, two-step checkout process that is also secure, Level 1 PCI compliant that uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep your order details secure.

    Canceling an order

    We generally process orders the next working day. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact immediately the customer service team at support@svorn.net including in the message the order number you received when you placed the order, to enquire about the status of your order. If the order has been processed and shipped then SVØRN will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned in the original packaging.

    Please, keep in mind that when you place an order with SVØRN, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent from our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money, however, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

    During the checkout process, we ask you to provide your mobile phone number so that we can inform you on your order’s status with emails and/or SMS notifications.

    Orders from outside the European Union: If the final delivery address is outside of the European Union, sales tax will not be added, but you may have to pay import fees and tax on arrival. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.

    Orders from the European Union: If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, Swedish sales tax (called VAT) of 25% is included in your order. The total value of the order you see during checkout will not increase and it will remain the same.

    Credit Card or Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

    We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and our store uses a VeriSign secure server and an ATW certificate to ensure maximum protection.

    PayPal: You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Cart contents.

    By clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

    If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

    All orders shipped outside of the European Union may be liable for customs charges, but we are unable to say what these might be as they vary a lot between different countries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We will do our best to ensure that your order is processed smoothly, and take all measures to limit any of these charges with clear labeling. However, we take no responsibility for these costs, and cannot amend custom declaration values.

    No customs charges apply to orders shipped to countries of the European Union.

    Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, contact us at support@svorn.net so we can help you further.

    We hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below and make sure to contact us at support@svorn.net with the issue prior to returning your merchandise to ensure that your purchase is eligible for a return/refund.

    Return Guidelines

    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date it was received. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.
    • You are liable for the cost of returning your item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service on a standard service. Please keep all postage receipts, just in case your order is lost in transit.
    • Please make sure that the Merchandise will be returned in the received condition and in all original packaging. We are a small independent design company and are not able to carry a lot of stock so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.
    • Returns of faulty or wrong items: Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or if the product is not what was ordered, please, contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs of the faulty item back to us (Standard Mail service) and offer a free replacement of the same product in the same color, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Contact us at support@svorn.net with the issue and we’ll get back to you with the next steps
    • Returns for other reasons: Want to return something? No problem, all we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details. We can't take care of your return without these details, so make sure you have them prior to contacting us. You will also need to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. Contacts us at support@svorn.net so we can help you further.
    • Returns outside the EU: For returns outside the EU you will need to mark your package as 'returned goods,' otherwise there is a chance that your return will be refused on entry to Swedish customs and sent back to you. Please remember that SVØRN is not responsible for incorrectly marked returned items, or any associated return import costs, and make sure to contact us at support@svorn.net with the issue prior to returning your merchandise and we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
    • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
    • Once we've received your return back in our warehouse and it has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming that a refund of your purchase has been initiated and its on its way to your PayPal or bank account.

    Unintended manufacturing defects would show within 6 months so in the unlikely event that something breaks within this period please contact us immediately at support@svorn.net so we can determine what has happened and find a solution.
